Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation (WCFI)
By placing an order or using one of our services, You are accepting these Terms & Conditions & entering into a legal binding contract.
The completion of this contract will take place when we despatch your order to you or complete the required service.

Our products are only suitable for normal domestic use unless otherwise stated as commercial use, particularly where there are different fire safety & grip reliant standards in respect of some commercial uses with which the products may not comply.
If you are acting other than as a consumer, all terms, conditions and warranties implied by law (other than the warranty as to title) are excluded. You must make your own decision as to whether the products you select are fit for their purpose, even if the purpose is made known to us. In these circumstances our liability is limited to the defective product. No liability is accepted for any loss of rental income, inconvenience, distress, inability to hire the room, loss of turnover, loss of profit or any indirect and/or consequential losses whatsoever neither is liability accepted for the damage or defect caused by intentional or unintentional damage after purchase and/or installation.
Payment is to be made as stated on the quotation prior to materials being ordered/delivered or installed, The remaining cost stated on the quotation is to be paid in full on the day of installation or delivery, We do not see, or have access to, any of your payment card information.
Fitting is to be made to the highest POSSIBLE standard given the sub-floor condition. We also assume that the sub-floor is suitable to fit the chosen products. Unless floor preparation has been charged to the order, we reserve the right to add additional charges to ‘make good’ any inadequate sub-floor. This is to ensure the floor is installed to our professional and high standards and to ensure any of the manufacturer’s guarantees will be enforced. If a problem should arise due to a defected sub-floor If you choose not to have the work carried out, we cannot guarantee its finished look or product lifespan and may result in any manufacturers guarantee being void. In some extreme circumstance due to the nature of a product we reserve the right to refuse to fit the flooring unless an adequate sub floor for the product type is in place.
4. Products Purchased:
Carpet, flooring or accompanying accessories purchased through Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation (WCFI), Will be presumed to be of a high suitability & satisfactory standard supplied from one of our trusted distributors, Any products which are purchased or installed through us SHOULD be inspected on the day of completion/delivery or within the 24 hour period that follows, Any complaints or concerns risen after this period will be dealt with accordingly at our discretion and courtesy.
5. Furniture & Appliances:
Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation (WCFI) reserves the right to refuse installation where appliances, obstacles or furniture have not been removed from the required area prior to installation taking place, Unless said items have been clearly quoted for by us prior to installation & the relevant charges incurred, In the result of us moving appliances, obstacles or furniture to which we have not been informed of or clearly included on a written quotation will incur additional charges & may void the installation & manufacturer warranty, WCFI accepts no liability for any damage caused by the direct result of manoeuvring furniture or appliances to personal property or floor coverings.
6. Uplift & Disposal:
a.)All relevant areas should be free of any existing floor coverings prior to our arrival, Unless discussed with us prior to installation, Any existing floor coverings that have not been discussed prior to installation will incur an additional charge.
b.)We accept no liability for any marks/scuffs, damage or dust as a direct result of removing any existing floor coverings.
a.) In the unlikely event a problem is to arise, The following are the rules of our contract together between us & our client which must be abided by to guarantee the highest service and correct legal procedures are followed, We accept any complaints made to us by email with our right to sufficiently respond within 48 hours, We do not accept nor condone any public complaints or social media posts which may be construed as aspersions or defamation against Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation (WCFI) or directly involved persons or parties, Any such comments or public posts to social media will be in direct breach of our contract & will be liable for formal litigation.
b.) If a complaint is filed and we have responded and/or amended the problem to what feel is a satisfactory standard, The complaint will be logged & case closed, If the issue or legal matter is ongoing the contract and above section (7a) will remain in effect.
8. Warranties & Guarantees:
a.)Any floor coverings purchased via Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation are supplied via one of our trusted distributors, Any warranty that is provided for these floor coverings is provided through the relevant distributor and NOT Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation, In the event the warranty is to be activated or renewed this MUST be done through the product manufacturer as we act as an agent for the supply of hard and fabricated floor coverings NOT a distributor/manufacturer.
b.)Products which are purchased through us & installed by us come under our initial 24 hour inspection guarantee, This is to ensure any initial issues are raised by the customer and amended by us as quickly as possible, After this period any complaints will be dealt with accordingly at our discretion and courtesy.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Refusal:
a.) In the event you wish to cancel, If the material deposit ammount has been recieved & materials ordered, The cancellation will be void & the purchased materials WILL be delivered to the desired address at our discretion, If the materials have not been ordered a refund will be provided minus a £25.00 admin fee, If you wish to cancel installation but have paid an installation deposit, Atleast 1 week (7days) notice will need to be provided otherwise we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the unexpected cancellation.
b.) Eligible returns must be made within 28 days from date of purchase.
c.) If you need to change your fitting only date you MUST give us 48 hours notice, not including weekends and bank holidays. If 48 hours notice is not given a cancellation fee relative to the fitting only work involved will be applicable.
d.) We withhold the right to refuse any project or delivery if it affects the integrity of Warwickshire Carpets & Flooring Installation (WCFI), We also withhold the right to cancel orders or works to be carried out if we feel there is justifiable cause.
